Chef Thuy Pham
Born in a small village in southern Vietnam, Thuy’s earliest memories are filled with the tantalising aroma of simmering broths, fresh garden herbs and home cooking that was all about heart and soul. After moving to London as a child she held onto those flavours, with each dish creating a delicious link back to home. Today she’s the founder of The Little Viet Kitchen, author of two acclaimed cookbooks and one of the UK’s leading voices in Vietnamese cuisine.
